What you’ll do
Joining our ERP team, you will operate in a highly innovative context, working on challenging projects with technologically advanced end-to-end solutions.
- Architectural Mastery: Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
- Prototype Pioneering: Prototype and configure Dynamics 365 processes, ensuring seamless alignment with client needs.
- Strategic Collaboration: Lead workshops to co-create solutions with clients and consultants, to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping.
- Technical Alignment and Process Optimization: Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements.
- Empowerment and Enablement: Document system settings and prepare clients for seamless system utilization. Provide comprehensive user training and support testing phases.

You are eager to work with a global tech leader to solve crucial problems for top companies in the world and handle large-scale projects for diverse clients.
Additionally, you possess the following skills:
- Consulting Prowess: Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner.
- Learning Enthusiast: Passion for continuous learning, along with good business sense and time management.
- Expectation Management: Ability to effectively manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
- Customization Insight: Identify areas where customizations or extensions may be required (including changes to standard reports if needed).
- Technical Proficiency: Minimum one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
