As a member of the CRM team, you will be recognized as a technology expert within the Dynamics 365 community, routinely sharing your knowledge on cutting-edge topics in community and internal events.
Our CRM team operates in a highly innovative context, working on challenging projects with technologically advanced end-to-end solutions. We manage Customer Relationship projects using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service for complex projects in medium to large enterprises.
Our team is cohesive and supportive, led by a motivated manager committed to your growth. The team is cross-functional, consisting of functional, technical, delivery-oriented, and pre-sales professionals.


What you’ll do
You will operate in a highly innovative context, working on challenging projects with technologically advanced end-to-end solutions. You will develop, leverage, and apply your knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and Power Platform solutions. 
Using various tools and frameworks of the Microsoft ecosystem such as DevOps, TFS, Project, Visio, and Office 365, you will improve our customers' businesses by implementing IT solutions that provide the competitive advantage every company needs.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our CRM team through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and supporting less experienced colleagues.


Skills and experiences
You are eager to work with a global tech leader to solve crucial problems for top companies in the world and handle large-scale projects for diverse clients. 
You are a fast learner, self-starter, and creative thinker with a strong interest in software and its potential to advance organizations through innovation. 
You have an advanced understanding of common industry-standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. 
You possess consulting experience working with external clients and have experience with CRM integration. 
Additionally, you have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. You are committed to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and best practices in CRM. 
You demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and a readiness to share knowledge, supporting mutual assistance and a positive atmosphere within the team.
